By accessing or using CertHub ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CertHub is a SaaS platform that enables organizations to track employee certifications, licenses, and compliance documents. We offer subscription plans with automated expiry reminders, reporting, and team management features.
CertHub offers Free, Starter ($29/month), Pro ($69/month), and Business ($149/month) plans. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. Refund requests should be sent to support@certhub.work. Subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable.
You agree not to use the Service to upload illegal content, violate any applicable laws, or interfere with the Service's operation. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email.
